FAQ

  1. Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and click add to cart.
  2. When ready to check out, from the cart, add any coupons you may have and select your preferred method of shipping or delivery.Please note there is free Canada-wide shipping option on all orders over $75.
  3. Click the Proceed to Checkout button. Enter both your billing and shipping information for the order, then click on Proceed to PayPal or pay by Credit Card.
  4. If paying through PayPal, you may need to login to PayPal to authorize the transaction.

Premium Puzzles current uses UPS, Canada Post and Purolator as our couriers of choice for all outgoing orders. When your order is placed, it is processed, packed and sent off typically within 48-72 hours of your order.

Currently, Premium Puzzles only ships within Canada.

Currently Premium Puzzles is offering local delivery in the London, Ontario area. This typically occurs within 72 hours of order. Your puzzle(s) will be delivered to your porch, your doorbell will be rang or your door knocked on to alert you of the items arrival. Please utilize the notes section of your order to alert us of any special requests or considerations

Absolutely.  We can ship your order to any Canadian address you specify or delivery the order locally.

Premium Puzzles always want you to be happy with your purchases from us.

You may return any unopened product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product with approval from Premium Puzzles.  Refunds do not include the original shipping charges.  Returned items must be received by Premium Puzzles in new, resellable condition with return postage paid by the customer.
